Many options to meet customers’ needs
Omega Lithograph provides many bindery options to meet customers’ project requirements. Whether it is a simple letter fold brochure or a hand finished pocket folder project, Omega Lithograph will handle all your needs.
Folder
Omega runs a MBO B21C with a right angle, continuous feed and an eight-page unit. The MBO reaches speeds up to 35,000 pieces per hour, and is capable of up to four folds per unit with many folding options, including: straight, parallel, double parallel, letter, Z fold, and more.

Stitcher
Running a Muller Martini Minuteman Saddle Stitcher allows Omega to easily put together catalogs and books. This machine has the capability of collating, stitching and trimming books at the same time. The machine reaches speeds of up to 7,000 books per hour and has a variety of trim sizes to best suit the customer’s project.

Coiler
If you are looking for something a little different than the typical saddle stitch, coil binding is an attractive and professional alternative. When using coils to bind a project customers can choose the color and size of the coils, customizing their projects with a professional touch.

Cutter
Omega Lithograph uses a computer programmable 37” Saber Paper Cutter w/Micro Processor System. This cutter has the ability to cut through more than 1,000 sheets of paper in a single slice. The microprocessor allows the operator to program the system to move from cut to cut without having to manually adjust each cut. This improves efficiency and keeps costs down.
